GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR LOCATION

VILLA BLANCHE and VILLA JAUNE are all furnished.
Sheets and towels are furnished and removed every full week.
All rooms are with air conditioning preregulated from 8 PM to7AM and from 1PM to 3PM.
All have TV TNT and safety box.
Villa blanche : only apartments have telephone.
Villa jaune : has a capacity of 6 persons ( 4 adults and 2 children less than 12 years old)


BOOKING and PAYMENT
On receipt of 30% deposit paid by credit card (only VISA or MASTER CARD) the rental is definitively confirmed.
The balance shall be paid on the spot on your arrival day by credit card.
Deposit : 150 € for the apartments and studios.
450 € for the villa jaune is required when you got the keys and would be refunded if no damage.
The checkout should be done before noon.

CANCELATION FEES
The deposit is not refundable. Cancelation :
between 30 to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount will be asked.
Between 20 to 8 days before arrival : 50% of the total amount will be asked.
Less than 8 days before arrival : 90% of the total amount will be asked.
No refund if you leave before the agreed departure date.

INSURANCES
Appartments, studios and Villa are all insured.
Our own responsibility could not be engaged in case of thiefs or damages.
